How does it work?

- We will phone you to take your secure card payment and to arrange delivery or a collection slot.
- Please email email@example.com if you have any questions.
Click & Collect Payments will not be taken online. Please place your order and wait for us to contact you to take payment over the phone. Do not come to the nursery before we have contacted you to authorise your collection slot.
Minimum order £40 – Free delivery above that amount with donations welcome
Our core ethos has always been to promote the therapeutic benefits of gardening and plants. Now more than ever, spending time in our gardens keeps us safe and healthy. In this spirit, we wish to extend free delivery to help those where it is needed. Minimum order is £40
If you wish to help us cover delivery costs, we welcome donations from those who wish to.
Delivery can only be made to the following post codes. BH2,3,4,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,21 and no further north than Sturminster Marshal, Wimborne and West Moors. Please see map.
Please contact us if you would like delivery outside this area, we may be able to make exceptions.
Terms & Conditions
We have created this online shop quickly to provide our local customers with the items they need for their homes and gardens at this difficult time. This is new to us, and we are operating with minimal staff, so please bear with us.
Stock levels are not guaranteed.
Payment must be made by debit or credit card, in full, before the order can be processed.
We will try our best to meet the scheduled delivery slot, but we cannot make any guarantees.
We will notify you of your delivery time.
The safety of our staff and customers is paramount. Please respect the safety guidelines and leave a 3 metre space between you and our delivery staff at all times.
We will deliver to a front garden or drive way. Our staff cannot enter your home or building.
Please contact us if there are any restrictions to your address that will make the delivery difficult or hazardous.
Our staff will unload the stock. Please do not offer to help. You are welcome to stay in your house, and just offer a friendly smile and wave!
Most of our items are perishable, we cannot accept returns because you have changed your mind, or you don’t like something. If an item is damaged or faulty please take a photo and email on the day of delivery.
